Bill Rapp Chevy's answer to this is to give me an 800 number to call to plead my case to the GM manufacturer. that has turned into a circus of phone calls to different departments and each one passing the buck and providing no solutions.Response from Bill Rapp Chevrolet of Ogdensburg
