Bill Rapp delivers what they promise! People trust them, and so one may have to wait a week or two for an appointment, but it's worth it. And it you have to wait while your car is being serviced, they have a light, clean waiting area with comfortable seating, coffee, television, etc. We've also been buying our cars there for about 12 years, and have always gotten a great deal, a great car, and the sense that we were being taken care of throughout the process. Very grateful to have this business so close by!

Mike, in the service department, went above and beyond my expectations on the repair time to get me back on the road quickly ! Brandon also helped me with a request I had regarding paperwork, and proceeded to ensure my tire pressure was correct by adding air for my upcoming long trip.

Oil change , tire rotation and had auto headlights feature checked. All service was prompt and efficient.

It was time for the next oil change and tire rotation, and I also had the inspection so that I could purchase an extended warranty on my '21 Equinox. Everyone from the service desk, the office staff, and Jordan were kind and friendly thoughout my time there. Always a great experience there, and highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
